The MEDIVID Fixierwrap optimizes the duration and intensity of cooling with MEDIVID CRYO Fluid thanks to its thin, porous foam material.

In addition to classic use, it is used over soaked MEDIVID bandages.

The white, open-pored and thin (approx. 0.8 mm) foam bandage (dimensions: 27 m x 7 cm) is used to fix and compress the applied soaked MEDIVID bandage as well as padding material required for the preparation of rigid support bandages. It reduces the penetration of moisture. In addition, the MEDIVID Fixierwrap can be used as a skin protection under tape bandages.

One roll of MEDIVID Fixierwrap is sufficient for a large number of cooling applications, as it is only used in a single layer with a slight overlap over the moist bandage.

In addition to its classic function as a fixation wrap, it can be used in conjunction with MEDIVID Cryo Fluid as follows:

The MEDIVID Fixation Wrap is used as a single layer overwrap on top of the soaked MEDIVID Bandage.
It is applied spirally, slightly overlapping (max. 50%) over the cooling bandage.
The end can be easily torn off the roll, so you don't need scissors or other tools.
To secure it, simply roll up the end of the fixation bandage a little.
No aids such as plasters or clips are required for fastening.
One roll of MEDIVID Fixation Wrap is therefore sufficient for a large number of MEDIVID CRYO Fluid applications.
The portion of the MEDIVID Fixation Wrap used per cooling application is not reused.
