Delivery countries: We deliver to Germany, Austria, and all EU member states.
Delivery times:
Germany: approx. 2–4 business days
Austria: approx. 3–6 business days
EU (Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus): approx. 5–8 business days
Delivery times apply from the receipt of payment and are based on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
Shipping costs:
- Germany: €5.95
- Austria: €5.95
- EU countries: €7.95
Shipping provider: Shipping is handled by DHL. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the DHL tracking number.
Partial deliveries: Should an item be temporarily unavailable, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. You will not incur any additional shipping costs for this.
